  1. Eating green vegetables(vitamins,minerals),wheat(fibre),rice(carbohydrate),egg,meat(proteins),pulses(proteins),milk(calcium),these foods provide optimum nutrition to body.
    And apart from this daily exercise for minimum 45 min included in daily routine keeps a person healthy all his/her life.
